By using PixHop (https://pixhop.teaser.uz), you expressly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Enforceability
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Creator”, or “you”) and PixHop (accessible at https://pixhop.teaser.uz, hereinafter “PixHop”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing our website, linking an authenticated YouTube channel, or executing automated stream workflows, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately terminate use of the service and revoke application permissions.
2. YouTube API Services Agreement & Mandatory Compliance
PixHop operates exclusively via authenticated YouTube Data API v3 endpoints. Accordingly, your use of PixHop is strictly conditional upon your compliance with:
- The official YouTube Terms of Service, which you agree to be bound by;
- The Google Privacy Policy; and
- YouTube Community Guidelines and spam policies regarding automated broadcasts and live chat interaction.
3. Scope of PixHop Platform Services
PixHop provides content creators with real-time stream chat automation features, including:
Custom Commands Engine (!commands)
Configurable keyword triggers executing dynamic templated responses directly into the live chat with role-based permissions and cooldown safety.
Automated Announcement Timers
Scheduled recurring announcements with intelligent chat velocity gating (minimum viewer chat lines required between triggers to prevent dead-chat spam).
Deterministic Live Moderation
Real-time evaluation against custom word filters, link blockers, caps control, and anti-flood detection with automated message deletion and temporary timeouts.
Real-time Broadcast Analytics
Aggregated telemetry on message velocity, command executions, and moderation interventions without permanent chat log storage.
4. Creator Sole Responsibility & Acceptable Use Policy
PixHop acts exclusively as a technical processor executing the creator's explicit configuration. The creator retains sole and exclusive liability for all messages, links, sponsors, and bot actions broadcasted under their channel credentials. You agree NOT to:
- Flood or spam YouTube Live chats with excessive frequency;
- Broadcast hate speech, harassment, defamation, sexually explicit material, or illegal content;
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive promotional campaigns;
- Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or abuse of YouTube API quotas;
- Authenticate YouTube channels without authorized administrative ownership.
5. YouTube API Quota Safeguards & Platform Limits
PixHop adheres strictly to YouTube Data API quota limits and dynamically respects the pollingIntervalMillis specified by Google endpoints. PixHop cannot be held liable if features become temporarily limited due to Google API quota exhaustion or upstream service changes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”)
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXHOP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PIXHOP, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, STREAM INTERRUPTIONS, OR PENALTIES (SUCH AS CHANNEL SUSPENSIONS OR STRIKES) LEVIED BY YOUTUBE AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT.
8. Termination & Revocation
You may terminate your agreement with PixHop at any time by disconnecting your channel in Settings or revoking access via Google Security Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform integrity without prior notice.
