Comprehensive Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2025 • Last Revised: September 2026 • Domain: https://pixhop.teaser.uz
PixHop (https://pixhop.teaser.uz) utilizes YouTube API Services to provide real-time livestream monitoring, automated command responses, scheduled announcement timers, and live chat moderation. By accessing or using PixHop, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction, Scope & Definitions
This Privacy Policy sets forth the comprehensive terms and technical protocols governing how PixHop (accessible at https://pixhop.teaser.uz, hereinafter “PixHop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, processes, encrypts, retains, and deletes user and broadcast data.
Key definitions used throughout this Policy:
- Creator / Streamer: An individual or corporate entity connecting an authenticated YouTube channel to PixHop to manage automated broadcast operations.
- Viewer / Chatter: A member of the public participating in or sending messages within a creator's YouTube Live chat.
- OAuth Tokens: Cryptographic authentication credentials (Access Token and Refresh Token) issued under Google OAuth 2.0.
- Deterministic Moderation: Rule-based evaluation of live chat messages without subjective model hallucinations or external profiling.
2. YouTube API Services Compliance & Google Limited Use Disclosure
PixHop operates via direct integration with official YouTube Data API v3 endpoints. By utilizing our service:
- You agree to be unconditionally bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- You acknowledge that user data is collected, stored, and processed by Google under the terms of the Google Privacy Policy.
- PixHop adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access data strictly necessary for user-facing features explicitly enabled by the creator.
- You retain the right to unilaterally revoke PixHop's access to your Google account data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
3. Categories of Data Collected & Processed
Under the core principle of Data Minimization, PixHop collects and processes only the bare minimum data required to execute livestream chat automation:
1. Google User Account Profile
Your primary email address, full name, profile picture URL, and immutable Google subject identifier. Used strictly for authenticating administrative sessions and transmitting service-critical notices.
2. YouTube Channel Metadata
YouTube Channel ID, channel title, handle / custom URL, avatar thumbnail, and subscriber count. Used to verify channel ownership and link user-configured automation rules to the broadcast stream.
3. Live Broadcast Telemetry
Active and upcoming Broadcast IDs, livestream titles, broadcast lifecycle status (“live”, “upcoming”, “complete”), start timestamps, and the active liveChatId.
4. Real-time Live Chat Messages (In-Memory Only)
Live chat message IDs, text strings, author channel IDs, display names, and moderator/sponsor badges. Processed transiently in volatile RAM to execute triggers and filter spam without persistent disk retention.
4. Transient In-Memory Live Chat Processing (Zero Persistent Log Policy)
Live chat text is NEVER permanently stored on disk
Live chat messages streamed through YouTube Data API v3 are processed purely in ephemeral server memory. Once evaluated against active custom triggers and moderation rules, the raw message is purged from RAM. Only anonymized numerical totals (e.g. message velocity, command triggers count) are incremented in dashboard analytics.
5. Security Architecture & AES Token Encryption
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our secure MongoDB database with strict server-level scoping (select: false). They are never transmitted to client browsers, never cached in unencrypted storage, and never logged in audit traces.
Zero Password Storage: PixHop never solicits, receives, or stores Google passwords. All authentication is performed through Google's authorized OAuth 2.0 flow.
TLS 1.3 Transport Encryption: All external network traffic is encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.3 with HSTS headers and modern cipher suites.
6. Absolute Prohibition on Sale of Personal & YouTube User Data
Guaranteed: We DO NOT sell or monetize your data
PixHop does not sell, trade, monetize, or rent user data, YouTube API data, or live stream information to third parties, advertising exchanges, data brokers, or AI foundation model companies. Data is processed solely for the functional operation of the PixHop livestream automation platform.
7. Data Retention, Revocation & Right to Erasure
1. Instant Channel Disconnection
Disconnecting your YouTube channel in Dashboard > Settings immediately purges all stored OAuth access and refresh tokens from our database.
2. Unilateral Revocation via Google Security
Revoke PixHop's permissions at any time via https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Subsequent API calls by PixHop will be immediately rejected by Google.
3. Complete Account Erasure (Data Deletion Request)
To request the complete and permanent deletion of your profile, channel records, custom commands, timers, and audit logs, email support@pixhop.teaser.uz or legal@pixhop.teaser.uz. All personal and configuration records will be permanently purged within 30 calendar days.
8. Cookies & Local Storage
PixHop utilizes only strictly necessary first-party cookies:
